We Are Looking for Lawyers (Junior/Mid-Level/Senior) to Join Our Legal & Compliance Department as Take-Off Sr. (Legal & Compliance)!

Application Requirements for All Roles

  • Turkish citizen or blue card holder,
  • Born on or after 01.01.1987,
  • Candidates born between 01.01.1984 and 31.12.1986 are expected to be a PhD graduate or have at least 10 years of experience in their field and be able to document this.
  • LL.B. degree and a strong academic background (LL.M degree is preferred),
  • The candidates who graduated from universities abroad are required to submit YÖK Equivalence Certificate.
  • Admission to practice in Türkiye (Attorney’s license),
  • Possesses a valid language certificate in any of the documents indicating the English level specified below,
o IELTS Academic average and speaking score of at least 7.00/9.00
o TOEFL-IBT average score of at least 95/120 and speaking score of at least 24/30,
o YDS score of at least 90/100,
  • Relevant documents must be submitted within the application period (by October 31st). Later documents will not be accepted.
  • No criminal record or criminal archive record,
  • No restrictions on travel,
  • Not currently employed by any subsidiary of Turkish Airlines,
  • Not previously dismissed from Turkish Airlines or any of Turkish Airlines’ subsidiaries,
  • Not previously dismissed from any other organizations for disciplinary reasons.

General Qualifications for All Roles:

  • Keeps up to date with applications related to national and international compliance regulations,
  • Clear, concise drafting and reporting skills in both Turkish and English,
  • Possesses analytical thinking and problem-solving, reasoning, follow-up, and organizational skills,
  • Strong in planning and time management, proactive and able to take initiative,
  • Awareness of and knowledge about new technologies,
  • Can comfortably use artificial intelligence tools to support their research and analysis,
  • Has the ability to critically evaluate the information they obtain and verify its accuracy and reliability,
  • Able to collaborate with global teams and work cross-functionally,
  • Team player,
  • Able to successfully represent our Company and possess a high sense of responsibility,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs.


Roles We Are Looking For:

You can only choose one role when applying to the job posting.   • Attorney Role (up to 7 years of experience)
  • Legal Counsel Role (7-10 years of experience)
  • Senior Legal Counsel Role (10 years of experience)

Manner of Application and Evaluation Processes:

  • Applications will be accepted until 5:00 PM on October 31, 2025.
  • Evaluation stages include: eligibility screening, video-based competency evaluation, online English proficiency evaluation (only for those who present a YDS document), personality inventory, online HR and departmental evaluation, and a contract review stage. Additional evaluation tools may be applied if necessary.
  • The suitability of the uploaded documents will be checked during the evaluation processes, and the candidates who meet the above-mentioned requirements will be able to continue the process. Therefore, in order to certify the requirements, our candidates are expected to upload their current documents listed below and to be obtained from the E-State to the “Resume Attachments” tab in our career portal, in PDF format.
o Transcript,
o Criminal Record and Criminal Archive Record Document (the type of institution must be selected as “Official” on the “Criminal Record Inquiry” screen),
o SSI Registration and Service Scheme (a barcoded document must be created by selecting the “SSI Registration and Service Scheme” field under the “SSI” heading). (Your title is determined by checking the current SSI document you have submitted.),
o Attorney's license,
o Document certifying the results of the above-mentioned exams (TOEFL, IELTS, YDS).
