Position Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist at Carpe Diem will play a vital role in spearheading our talent acquisition efforts and supporting our teams through various recruitment tasks. This position demands a highly organized individual capable of managing talent acquisition operations, implementing referral programs, overseeing our hiring processes, and providing general support to ensure seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Applicant Tracking System
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

Skills and Experience:

  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github)
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional Information:

  • Job Type: Full-time (Remote)
  • Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
