What You'll Own & Learn:

1. Core HR Magic

  • Be part of the hiring engine—source, screen, schedule, and onboard top talent.
  • Maintain HR records, contracts, and employee databases—the heartbeat of HR operations.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that actually make work fun.
  • Support performance evaluations and HR reporting—your insights will matter.

2. HR Systems & Data Mastery

  • Own employee data in HR systems and ensure its always accurate and up-to-date.
  • Reconcile records with payroll and contracts—your attention to detail will shine.
  • Transition data from structured demos to live insights that drive decisions.

3. Payroll & People Data Coordination

  • Validate, reconcile, and track employee changes—experience payroll like a pro.
  • Maintain trackers and reports—spot discrepancies before they become problems.
  • See HR and finance collaborate to keep the company running smoothly.

4. Compliance & SOP Support

  • Help build and maintain HR SOPs—your work keeps us compliant and organized.
  • Learn labor laws across Pakistan, UK, and UAE—knowledge that sets you apart.
  • Prepare documents for audits and reviews—be trusted with the details that matter.

5. Reporting, Analytics & Ad-Hoc Projects

  • Prepare reports and dashboards that drive real HR decisions.

  • Take on ad-hoc projects—show initiative, stretch your skills, and make your mark.
