Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead end to end recruitment for technical and industrial roles, supporting our client's rapid hiring needs. This role requires someone who is comfortable operating in a fast paced, engineering heavy environment and can partner closely with hiring managers to deliver high quality talent quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across technical, engineering, and industrial functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and selection criteria.
  • Source and engage passive candidates through targeted search, networks, and industry channels.
  • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates with a strong focus on technical capability and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, and pipeline visibility.
  • Act as an onsite TA representative 3 days per week, supporting stakeholders and candidates directly.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and local employment regulations.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience recruiting in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or other heavily technical environments.
  • Strong sourcing capability, particularly for niche technical roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions with speed and accuracy.
  • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
  • Ability to work onsite 3 days per week with the client team.
