About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Professional with strong exposure to vendor management, stakeholder management, and client coordination within a technical or IT environment. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage and coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders for HR deliverables.
  • Ensure smooth communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Address escalations and maintain service-level agreements (SLAs).

Client Coordination:

  • Serve as a point of contact for client interactions related to onboarding, compliance, and HR documentation.
  • Support technical and delivery teams with HR-related coordination and reporting.

HR Operations:

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and exit formalities, including background verification (BGV).
  • Handle SOW, PO, invoice preparation, and documentation processes.
  • Maintain HR data through ATS, HRMS, and Zoho tools.
  • Support payroll, attendance tracking, and compliance management.

Reporting and Process Management:

  • Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure process adherence and compliance with organizational policies and audit requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, vendor management, or client-facing HR roles.
  • Prior experience in a technical or IT services background preferred.
  • Proficiency in Zoho, ATS, HRMS, and Excel-based reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
