About The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our growing HR team in Chennai. This role focuses on
tech hiring for clients in the semiconductor industry
, with an emphasis on
software development skills such as Java, C#, and C++
. You’ll play a strategic role in building high-performing engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities

End-to-end ownership of the recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role nuances, and project priorities.

Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent skilled in Java, C#, C++, and related embedded or system-level development domains.

Build and manage a robust candidate pipeline through LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, and other niche communities.

Assess candidates for both technical depth and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Maintain structured hiring analytics and dashboards to track performance metrics — time-to-hire, source mix, and quality-of-hire.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize employer branding.

Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes, diversity goals, and industry standards.
Key Requirements
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in HR, or Engineering).

4–8 years of experience in technical hiring, ideally within the semiconductor, EDA, or embedded systems industries.

Strong understanding of software engineering concepts and hiring for product/R&D roles.

Proven experience in sourcing and assessing developers in Java, C#, C++, and embedded technologies.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with multiple parallel mandates.

Familiarity with Zoho ATS, sourcing tools, and Boolean search strategies.
