OVERVIEW: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Boca West Country Club supports the recruitment and onboarding processes by coordinating candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and hiring logistics. This role plays a vital part in attracting top talent, ensuring a smooth candidate experience, and assisting with HR administrative tasks related to staffing needs.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibility. Provides recruiting process guidance to the People and Culture Representative and coordinates onboarding handoffs with the Learning and Development Manager and People Operations Manager

Applicant Tracking System (STILL NEEDS TO BE BUILT/IMPLEMENTED), Microsoft Suite, HRIS basics, and online recruiting platforms (Indeed, Handshake, LinkedIn, etc.)
