Talent Acquisition Coordinator
TEGNA is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting team and keep the hiring process running smoothly.
This role is based at WTHR in Indianapolis and operates on a hybrid schedule, with in-office presence required three days per week.
You'll be part of a centralized TA team supporting multiple markets and will work closely with our TA Operations team to keep processes consistent and efficient.
If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping things moving behind the scenes, this role is a great fit.
You'll partner with recruiters and hiring managers on key steps in the hiring process, including interview scheduling, job postings, offer letters, and background checks, while helping ensure a strong candidate experience.
