Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Our Client, a Global Investment Bank, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in their Dallas, TX location.


A leading financial institution is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruiter to join their U.S. Human Resources team supporting corporate functions and Transaction Banking. This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to multiple business units while strengthening recruitment and talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who is eager to work in a collaborative HR environment and support high-volume hiring initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 20–30 active requisitions across corporate functions and Transaction Banking.
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment strategy.
  • Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) throughout the hiring process.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Review, screen, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening calls and coordinate interviews.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer stage.
  • Gather and communicate interview feedback between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support and coordinate the offer process for selected candidates.
  • Partner with internal HR and recruiting team members to support hiring initiatives.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience
  • Minimum 6 months of sourcing and candidate screening experience
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS
  • Exposure to financial services recruiting
  • Experience sourcing candidates within financial institutions
