Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate job postings across multiple platforms and maintain an active pool of candidates.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist in onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training schedule coordination.
  • Support the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR software is a plus.
