Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment for sales roles.
  • Source, screen & interview candidates.
  • Deliver 10–15 sales joiners per month.
  • Manage dashboards, reports & stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (HR/Business preferred).
  • 3–8 years’ recruitment experience (sales hiring a must).
  • Fluent English + any South Indian language (Tamil/Kannada/Malayalam/Telugu).
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Male candidates preferred *6-day working model.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹209,266.03 - ₹600,000.00 per year
