Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs.
- Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and campus drives.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage feedback, and ensure smooth communication with candidates.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, diversity hiring practices, and timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (preferably in [industry, e.g., IT/EdTech/Startups]).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, market trends, and hiring best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver within deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
