Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with 1+ years of experience to join our Human Resources team. As an IT Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support the growth of our IT services business.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Source and screen resumes from job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed) and other channels.
- Conduct initial HR screenings to evaluate candidate fit based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non IT/IT and technical positions (developers, testers, support engineers, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a database of qualified candidates and potential future hires.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
- Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming hiring needs.
- Manage candidate expectations and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Job Posting & Employer Branding
- Draft, post, and maintain job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Support HR branding initiatives to attract quality talent (e.g., LinkedIn posts, company careers page).
- Promote the company culture and values during candidate interactions.
Process Optimization
- Recommend improvements in recruitment processes and tools.
- Keep track of hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire) and contribute to hiring quality improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
