Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our internal team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, ensuring smooth coordination between candidates and employers.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and social platforms
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs
• Support HR documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sourcing and coordination skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Must have a laptop

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
