Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive
Experience - 6 months - 1 year
Location : Indore (onsite)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to support our hiring needs. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with hiring managers, source candidates, and help build a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles (sourcing to onboarding support).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Assist in employer branding and talent outreach activities.
  • Manage follow-ups, feedback collection, and offer coordination.

Required Skills:

  • Good understanding of hiring processes and recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and handle timelines.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes is an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,866.72 - ₹20,482.90 per month
