Role

· Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases.

· Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for recurring and critical roles.

· Use Boolean searches and advanced sourcing techniques to identify suitable profiles.

· Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidate fit based on skills, experience, communication, and cultural alignment.

· Coordinate assessments, tests, and assignments as per role requirements.

· Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panel members.

· Ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders.

· Maintain structured recruitment processes and adhere to defined hiring timelines (TAT).

· Ensure professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

· Share interview feedback and updates promptly with candidates.

· Manage offer communication, negotiations, and follow-ups till onboarding.

· Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and candidate databases.

· Prepare weekly and monthly hiring status reports for management.

· Ensure document completeness during offer release and pre-onboarding.

· Support job postings, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding activities.

· Participate in job fairs, hiring events, or campus drives when required.

· Coordinate with HR and other departments for smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

· Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.

· Education: B.Com or equivalent.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good sourcing and networking ability.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment tools, and job portals.

· Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.
