Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and MIS
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and offers
  • Assist in offer negotiation and onboarding formalities
  • Meet monthly hiring targets and timelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
