Role Description
We're seeking a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist in Ahmedabad to manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, hiring, and employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the IT or tech industry.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven recruiting and hiring experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in IT or tech industry recruitment is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
