Designation: Talent Acquisition Executive

Work Type: WFO only

Nature of Job: Fulltime permanent opportunity

Shifts: US/UK (Rotational)

# Responsibilities

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.

· Understand hiring requirements by collaborating closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.

· Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

· Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess skills, communication, and cultural fit.

· Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews, ensuring smooth candidate experience.

· Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.

· Communicate clearly with candidates regarding job roles, interview status, and offers.

· Support offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.

· Ensure adherence to company hiring policies and compliance standards.

· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

· Share regular recruitment status reports with internal teams.

· Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives when required.

# Qualification & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· MBA in HR or equivalent specialization will be preferred.

· Prior experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment is an added advantage.

· Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices

· Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines.

· Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
