Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Dwarka, New Delhi (South West Delhi)

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hiring the right talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet organizational growth needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and reports using Keka HRMS
• Manage recruitment data, candidate status, and onboarding workflows on Keka HRMS
• Drive employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support onboarding coordination and documentation for new hires

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Management, or a related field
• 6 months-1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Familiarity with job portals, ATS, and sourcing techniques
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS
