Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment for roles such as Architects, Project Managers, Engineers (Civil/MEP), PMC professionals, QS, BIM & leadership positions.
  • Partner with Project Heads, and Design Leads for workforce planning and hiring strategy.
  • Manage multiple hiring pipelines across sites and HO with defined TATs.
  • Lead sourcing strategy via job portals, LinkedIn, industry networks , etc.
  • Oversee screening, interviews, offer negotiations, joining & onboarding coordination.
  • Induction training
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters .
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and closure reports.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, confidentiality, and best recruitment practices.

  • Strong domain expertise / awareness in construction / PMC / architecture recruitment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and closure skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume and niche hiring simultaneously.
  • Data-driven, process-oriented, and result-focused.

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Post-graduate in HR, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in senior Non-IT recruitment / Talent Acquisition within construction, real estate, PMC, or design consultancy firms.
  • Experience - 5 to 10 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
