Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
  • Ensure timely hiring to meet campaign requirements (e.g., ACA campaigns , Medicare campaings, Final Expense Campaigns)
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports
  • Handle walk-in interviews and bulk hiring drives
  • Promote employer branding through social media and job postings
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience (BPO experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume hiring
  • Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in night shifts ( 6PM till 01AM )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
