Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
- Ensure timely hiring to meet campaign requirements (e.g., ACA campaigns , Medicare campaings, Final Expense Campaigns)
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports
- Handle walk-in interviews and bulk hiring drives
- Promote employer branding through social media and job postings
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (BPO experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in night shifts ( 6PM till 01AM )

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
