Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, analyze hiring needs, forecast workforce requirements, and build talent pipelines.
  • Sourcing & Attraction: Use various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, events) to find candidates, promote the company brand (employer branding), and create an attractive Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct interviews, manage assessments, and work with managers to select ideal candidates.
  • Hiring & Onboarding: Manage the offer process, ensure compliance, and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to understand needs and fill roles efficiently.
  • Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive journey for all applicants.

  • Deep understanding of the job market and company culture.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
