Talent Acquisition Executive (Non IT)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Draft and update job descriptions as per needs.
• Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per JD.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess suitability and interest.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle in coordination with hiring managers.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities to build a positive work culture.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate’s suitability and interest in the position.
• Implement retention strategies to reduce attrition and improve employee experience.
