We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our HR team, drive our hiring goals, and contribute to other HR functions as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze hiring requirements for various IT positions (e.g., Developers, Designers, QA, DevOps).
• Create and post engaging job descriptions across job portals, social platforms, and professional networks.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates, delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports, trackers, and documentation.
• Support HR activities such as onboarding, employee engagement, policy communication, and record management when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong interest in HR may apply).
• Basic understanding of IT roles and skills.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn search, or recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of IT/Software Development terminologies.
• Exposure to headhunting and niche role hiring.
• Ability to quickly learn applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Interest in building a career in recruitment and broader HR functions.
