Sr. HR Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Handling end-to-end recruitment, preparing the JD, sourcing through various mediums, setting up and managing the coordination for all the rounds of interview.
• Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential candidates
• Building a pipeline of potential candidates through Industry Mapping
• Maintaining complete records and MIS about sourcing and recruitment
• Prepare and maintain HR Trackers, Candidate Database and Talent Pipeline

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to support our Recruiting team and help us place qualified candidates within the timelines. Sourcing Specialist responsibilities include searching social networks and recruitment portal to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emails, and organising an effective employee referral system.

Real Estate Sector Background preferred
