Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with job postings across portals and platforms.
  • Source and screen candidates based on role requirements.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite (knowledge of LinkedIn or job portals is an advantage).
