What You’ll Do:

· Support hiring processes: sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing recruitment trackers

· Coordinate onboarding processes: documentation, policy walkthroughs, and welcome kits

· Track intern timelines, performance cycles, and stipend reports

· Maintain attendance records, flag inconsistencies, and ensure work discipline

· Assist in building a friendly, positive, and professional work culture

· Organize small internal engagement activities (festivals, birthdays, etc.)

· Keep all HR SOPs, trackers, and documents structured and up to date

· Help founders with internal feedback loops, performance checks, and conflict resolutions

What We’re Looking For:

· Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, or Business

· Strong communication and follow-up skills

· Well-organized and proactive, with a people-first mindset

· Interest in creative work cultures and marketing environments

· Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and coordination tools

· Mumbai-based and available for a hybrid role (Andheri West office)
