Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment -sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with potential candidates.

2. Support the onboarding and orientation process to ensure a smooth experience for new joiners.

3. Handle daily HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and updating databases.

4. Assist in employee engagement activities, feedback collection, and grievance handling under supervision.

5. Participate in HR projects such as policy updates, training initiatives, and compliance documentation.

6. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital HR tools.

4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

5. A self-motivated and proactive learner with a passion for HR and employee relations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
