Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment -sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with potential candidates.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process to ensure a smooth experience for new joiners.
  • Handle daily HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and updating databases.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, feedback collection, and grievance handling under supervision.
  • Participate in HR projects such as policy updates, training initiatives, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital HR tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • A self-motivated and proactive learner with a passion for HR and employee relations.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
