Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment -sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with potential candidates.
- Support the onboarding and orientation process to ensure a smooth experience for new joiners.
- Handle daily HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and updating databases.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, feedback collection, and grievance handling under supervision.
- Participate in HR projects such as policy updates, training initiatives, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital HR tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- A self-motivated and proactive learner with a passion for HR and employee relations.
