Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the People Operations team in
daily activities, projects, and initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in
building a career in Human Resources, with the ability to multitask, learn quickly, and contribute to
daily HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions including
employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, policy
administration, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities, Deliverables / Outcomes:
1️⃣ Sourcing & Talent Mapping
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
- Perform resume screening based on job requirements
- Maintain candidate trackers and talent pipelines
2️⃣ Screening & Coordination
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Assess candidate communication, attitude, and basic technical alignment
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates and maintain engagement
3️⃣ Recruitment Operations
- Update ATS / recruitment tracker regularly
- Support in job posting and branding activities
- Assist in documentation and offer rollout process
- Prepare basic recruitment reports
4️⃣ Employer Branding Support
- Support in posting hiring updates on LinkedIn
- Assist in recruitment campaigns, walk-ins, or referral drives
Key Skills:
1. 0–6 months of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition or prior internship exposure in
recruitment or HR operations.
2. Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview
coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
3. Familiarity with recruitment documentation and HR records, including maintaining candidate
trackers, interview feedback logs, and recruitment MIS.
4. Good Excel and data management skills, with the ability to update recruitment trackers,
manage candidate databases, and prepare basic hiring reports.
5. Good communication skills and attention to detail, with the confidence to interact with
candidates professionally and accurately assess resume-role alignment.
