Recruitment Intern

Position: Recruitment Intern
Location: Clifton
Experience:
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–1.5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for client and internal hiring needsSource and attract candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referral
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases
Prepare job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment campaigns
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and recruitment agencies
Monitor recruitment metrics and assist in HR reporting
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Support other HR activities as required
Requirements
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Technically sound with a good understanding of recruitment tools and best practices
Passion for HR and talent development
Ability to work independently and within a team

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to Rs15,000.00 per month
