Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing

Assist in screening CVs for customer service and entry-level roles.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.

Schedule interviews and support candidate coordination.

Update and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Help ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Support employer branding and talent outreach initiatives.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
