Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in screening CVs for customer service and entry-level roles.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.
• Schedule interviews and support candidate coordination.
• Update and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Help ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
• Support employer branding and talent outreach initiatives.
