Talent Acquisition Intern-Female

Soft Nation Technologies is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join the team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support HR in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
• Participate in onboarding activities for new hires.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Timings: 12pm-9pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs15,000.00 per month
