Manager – Talent Acquisition & Client Relations

Karachi, Pakistan

Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to lead talent acquisition activities and manage client relations to drive business growth. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing strong client partnerships, and leading a team to achieve business and operational targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in talent acquisition and client servicing.
  • Strong track record of achieving recruitment closures and developing client accounts.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Market competitive salary, benefits and commissions will be offered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
