Recruitment Specialist

Karachi, Pakistan

  • Conduct thorough phone, video conference, and face-to-face technical and culture-fit screenings that ensured the candidate’s qualifications met the job requirements
  • Work with the recruiters to fully understand job order requirements and the characteristics of an ideal candidate
  • Build and maintain various pipelines of qualified candidates in different roles
  • Identify technology professionals via various sourcing engines (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, other job portals) according to the client’s needs
  • Ability to effectively present both roles and our company to candidates
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify the best candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and advanced sourcing techniques
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Manage employees’ grievances
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
  • Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
  • Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
  • Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
  • Support the team with other responsibilities as required.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the Reporting Line

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong (5-7 years) experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Skilled in sourcing & screening techniques
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage both recruitment & HR operations

Job Timing : 3:00 pm till 12:00 am/ 6:00 pm till 3:00 am PKT

Location : Onsite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
