- Conduct thorough phone, video conference, and face-to-face technical and culture-fit screenings that ensured the candidate’s qualifications met the job requirements
- Work with the recruiters to fully understand job order requirements and the characteristics of an ideal candidate
- Build and maintain various pipelines of qualified candidates in different roles
- Identify technology professionals via various sourcing engines (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, other job portals) according to the client’s needs
- Ability to effectively present both roles and our company to candidates
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify the best candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and advanced sourcing techniques
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Manage employees’ grievances
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
- Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
- Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
- Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
- Support the team with other responsibilities as required.
- Perform any other task assigned by the Reporting Line
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong (5-7 years) experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Skilled in sourcing & screening techniques
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage both recruitment & HR operations
