Recruitment Specialist

Waada Digital (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a talented Recruitment Executive to strengthen our HR team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about talent acquisition, experienced in bulk hiring for call center agents, and well-versed in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle with a focus on bulk hiring for call center agents.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates in alignment with business needs.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and HR records.
• Support HR operations including onboarding, employee records, and compliance.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in bulk hiring for call centers.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and HR operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
