What You’ll Do:

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for IT and technical roles.
• Identify and engage potential clients for staffing solutions.
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes and maintain candidate databases.
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Assist the team in various HR and staffing projects.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Freshers or recent graduates interested in HR, talent acquisition, and IT staffing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with a reliable workspace, laptop, and internet.

• Laptop: Intel i3 processor or higher
• Workspace: Quiet, distraction-free room
• Internet: High-speed connection
• Power Backup: Recommended for uninterrupted work
