About Us:
We are a company that provides HR services to our clients. We are looking for a Recruiter who can manage the entire recruitment process and help us hire the right talent for different roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand job requirements and create attractive job postings.
Source and screen resumes through job portals and LinkedIn.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reports.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future requirements.

Requirements :
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.
