Roles and Responsibilities – Talent Acquisition Intern

  • Support the HR team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
  • Use LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other channels to identify and approach potential candidates.
  • Conduct telephonic or video screening to evaluate candidates’ suitability based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews efficiently.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Excel databases.
  • Assist in promoting the company’s brand through engaging recruitment content and campaigns.
  • Support offer letter preparation and help with onboarding documentation for selected candidates.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment status reports for HR review.
  • Conduct research on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
