Job Description

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition leader to scale our global hiring engine. This is a hands on leadership role, directly executing mid to senior hiring worldwide while building strategy, systems, and long term talent pipelines. You will report directly to the Head of People & Culture and will initially lead one recruiter, expanding the team over time.

This role blends execution excellence, strategic workforce planning, employer brand building, and TA systems thinking.

Job Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with extensive experience hiring globally and for remote roles.
  • Strong experience hiring mid to senior roles in fast growing startups or high growth environments; especially for a Tech/SaaS company.
  • Proven experience building hiring strategy and workforce planning in partnership with leadership.
  • Strong hands on sourcing capability (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche talent platforms, talent mapping).
  • Exposure to employer branding tools and channels (LinkedIn campaigns, Glassdoor optimization, careers page optimization, recruitment marketing initiatives).
  • Ability to design scalable TA systems and processes.
  • Strong command over ATS platforms and hiring analytics dashboards. Familiarity with modern TA tech stack (AI sourcing tools, automation tools, etc.) is a huge plus!
Job Responsibilities
  • End to End Global Hiring (Mid Senior Roles)
    Lead on ground execution of mid to senior roles across geographies - from sourcing and outreach to selection and offer, using agencies when required.
  • Hiring Strategy & Workforce Planning
    Co own hiring strategy and workforce planning across regions in partnership with the Head of People & Culture and business leaders.
  • Employer Branding
    Own and strengthen KodeKloud's employer brand across channels, shaping messaging, positioning, and candidate experience.
  • Niche & Long Term Talent Programs
    Design, develop and scale strategic recruitment programs such as campus hiring, alumni networks, internship programs, and other niche pipelines.
  • TA Processes, Tools & Capability
    Continuously improve hiring processes, tools and best practices to enhance efficiency, data visibility and candidate experience.
  • TA Team Leadership
    Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition function, providing coaching, structure and clarity, and building a strong TA team as the function grows.
Success Metrics (First 6-12 months)
  • Critical mid senior roles filled with strong quality and reduced time to fill.
  • Hiring demand forecasted and planned, fewer last minute escalations.
  • Offer acceptance rates improve through stronger positioning and candidate engagement.
  • Employer brand presence strengthens - increased inbound interest and brand perception.
  • Structured hiring practices embedded across functions.
  • Clear visibility into hiring metrics and pipeline health.
