Beacoup is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for high-impact technology and revenue-generating roles. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, owning hiring execution across engineering, data, product, and sales functions while helping build a scalable, high-performance recruiting engine.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to identify top-tier talent, influence hiring decisions, and deliver a strong candidate experience in a competitive market.
What You’ll Do

Own full-cycle recruiting for technology (engineering, data, product) and sales (BD, account executives, GTM) roles

Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies

Proactively source and engage high-caliber passive talent through LinkedIn, networking, and creative outreach strategies

Manage candidate pipelines, interview processes, and offer negotiations end-to-end

Build and refine structured interview processes focused on quality, consistency, and speed

Develop employer branding initiatives in partnership with marketing to attract top talent

Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health) and optimize performance

Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding
What We’re Looking For

3–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technology and/or sales roles

Experience recruiting in fast-paced environments such as startups, venture-backed companies, or high-growth organizations

Strong sourcing capabilities with a track record of engaging passive candidates

Ability to influence stakeholders and manage hiring processes with a high degree of ownership

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruiting analytics tools

Based in Florida (required) with ability to operate effectively in a remote environment
