Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment and talent strategy for VPLAK. The ideal candidate will identify, attract, and hire top talent across departments, ensuring alignment with the company’s culture, growth goals, and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across the organization.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
• Manage employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management review.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, compensation standards, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or fast-paced organizations.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
