• Timely and Quality Hiring – Ensure all approved positions are closed within defined timelines with qualified and diverse talent.
• Documentation – Maintain 100% adherence to recruitment policies, systems, and audit-ready records.
• Partner effectively with hiring managers and consultants to ensure seamless recruitment coordination.
• Track hiring metrics, maintain the recruitment tracker, and optimize recruitment costs.
• Recruitment lifecycle end-to-end (validation, coordination, offers, onboarding readiness, and documentation).
