PAY: $65,000–$75,000 per year

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field
• Experience as a recruiter team lead or talent acquisition manager
• Experience in full‑cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
• Ability to understand diverse role competencies
• Strong knowledge of screening/behavioral assessment tools (Predictive Index preferred)
• Working knowledge of ATS platforms
• Excellent communication skills and well-organized
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills

SCHEDULE: This is a full‑time position with typical hours Monday through Friday between 7 AM and 5 PM.

Your day will blend strategy and execution as you manage requisitions, coordinate schedules, maintain hiring metrics, facilitate pre-boarding and onboarding, attend career events, and champion a best-in-class candidate experience.
