Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role

This role will lead hiring across the organization and create a Program that develops future leaders. You’ll help ensure we hire and retain top talent aligned with our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments
  • Build structured hiring processes and pipelines
  • Develop partnerships with universities and fellowship programs
  • Design and manage a Program for early-career professionals
  • Support onboarding, performance management, and retention initiatives
  • Track hiring metrics and improve talent systems

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition
  • Experience building hiring systems and recruiting top talent
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in nonprofit, education, or youth services preferred
  • Fellowship or leadership program experience
