Role Summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and lead a scalable recruiting function in a fast-growing, remote healthcare company. This role will be responsible for designing recruiting processes, driving hiring strategy, and enabling hiring managers to effectively attract and select top talent.

This role partners closely with recruiters who execute day-to-day hiring. The TA Manager sets the strategy, builds the structure, and ensures consistent adoption across the organization.

Schedule & Employment Type

  • Full-Time, Monday through Friday

  • Shift 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST with flexibility for start and end times with manager approval

Key Responsibilities

Build & Own Recruiting Infrastructure

  • Design and implement scalable recruiting processes:

    • Intake and kickoff processes

    • Interview frameworks and scorecards

    • Offer and closing processes

  • Establish clear hiring workflows and expectations across the company

  • Continuously improve processes based on data and feedback

Drive Hiring Strategy

  • Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning

  • Define recruiting strategies across:

    • Clinical

    • Healthcare IT

    • Intake / operations

    • Corporate / commercial

  • Identify risks in hiring plans and proactively adjust approach

Enable & Hold Hiring Managers Accountable

  • Train and coach hiring managers on:

    • Interview best practices

    • Structured hiring

    • Candidate experience

  • Reinforce consistent adoption of recruiting processes

  • Step in when hiring managers are off-track or misaligned

Leader & Support Recruiter

  • Provide direction, prioritization, and support to recruiters

  • Ensure recruiters can operate effectively in a fast-changing environment

  • Partner on difficult roles, especially hard-to-fill clinical positions

  • Remove blockers and improve team efficiency

Own Recruiting Metrics & Performance

  • Define and track key recruiting metrics:

  • Time-to-fill

  • Pipeline health

  • Conversion rates

  • Hiring manager satisfaction

  • Use data to drive decisions and improve outcomes

  • Report on hiring performance to leadership

Optimize Tools & Systems

  • Implement or optimize ATS and recruiting tools

  • Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy

  • Improve workflows to reduce friction for recruiters and managers

Tools/Environment

  • ATS (Apploi)

  • Sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc)

  • Google Suite

  • MacBook

  • Fully remote

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Healthcare Recruiter

  • Minimum 2+ years in TA leadership or program-building role

  • Associated Degree n Human Resources Management or similar

  • Proven experience building or scaling recruiting processes

  • Strong experience hiring for licensed clinical roles

  • Experience in remote environments

  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders

  • Experience using data to drive recruiting decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multi-state hiring

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth healthcare company

  • Experience implementing ATS or recruiting tech stacks

  • Experience building manager training programs

  • Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Ability to design scalable processes, define key recruiting metrics (Time-to-fill, Pipeline health, Conversion rates), and use data to drive decisions and improve outcomes.

  • Cross-Functional Influence: Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership, train and coach hiring managers on best practices, and reinforce consistent adoption of recruiting processes.

  • Process Design and Execution: Expertise in building and implementing recruiting infrastructure, including intake processes, interview frameworks, and offer/closing processes.

  • Adaptability and Agility: Capacity to lead a recruiting function effectively in a fast-changing, remote environment and proactively adjust strategies to address risks in hiring plans.
