To strategically lead and manage the Talent Acquisition (TA) function for the organization by designing and implementing innovative hiring strategies that ensure the timely availability of the right talent across all business functions. The role focuses on building a strong employer brand, driving end-to-end recruitment processes, and aligning the TA strategy with business goals to support organizational growth.
