HR Head

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Resources (HR) to lead and manage all aspects of our HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the company’s growth, enhance employee engagement, streamline recruitment processes, and ensure a positive work culture. You will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, compensation, performance management, and organize corporate events that foster team bonding and morale.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, from job postings and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

✔ Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Drive employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and recognition activities.
• Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
• Build a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

✔ Training & Development

• Identify skill gaps and organize training programs to enhance employee performance.
• Support career development and succession planning.

✔ HR Operations & Compliance

• Manage HR policies, payroll, benefits, and employee documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

✔ Event Management

• Plan and execute corporate events, team-building activities, and celebrations.
• Manage logistics, communication, and employee participation.

✔ Strategic Planning & Leadership

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR matters.
• Develop long-term strategies to improve talent acquisition, retention, and employee satisfaction
