Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to join our Human Resources Department.

Location: Riyadh


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Post job advertisements and manage applications through recruitment platforms.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in career fairs and other talent-sourcing events.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interviewing skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to join immediately .
